Hi, I’m Jessica, but you can call me Jess. I’m the Founder and CEO of Just Call Jess, LLC. I have a love for service oriented professions. In fact, my “main” career is service oriented, as I am a classroom teacher! I have a doctorate degree in education, and I started Just Call Jess, LLC as a way to provide a one stop shop with opportunities to help those of you who wish to work from home with the flexibility you need! As a working professional, I understand the importance of having a proper work and home balance. I hope that your time at Just Call Jess, LLC will allow you to have the type of balance that you desire. The possibilities are endless! Let’s work together!

Requirements to WFH?
There are software and hardware requirements you must adhere to in order to be eligible for most of the jobs available. Missing some? Let's talk. Some of the jobs have individualized requirements, so you might be in compliance and not even realize it! We can discuss specifics to the job you are seeking.
What are the equipment requirements?
In order to work in our call center, you will need the following:
- A computer (desktop or laptop) - no tablets or mobile devices
Stable internet connection that is hardwired (you cannot use wireless internet)
- Hardwired USB Headset with Phone Audio Quality (ex: Plantronics Blackwire 3320, Logitech USB H570e, Jabra UC VOICE)
- Hardwired keyboard and mouse (Logitech Media Combo MK200)
- Hardwired telephone and headset (ex: AGPtek Call Center Dialpad, Plantronics S12)
- Flash Drives
- A smartphone or other mobile device for multi factor authentication and other security verification purposes ONLY (may not use mobile device for call jobs).
**Note: Chromebooks, Netbooks, Macs, tablets and other mobile devices are NOT supported.
**Note: The equipment listed above are examples of good options.
What are the software requirements?
- Windows firewall enabled
Updated web browser (Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Chrome for Windows)
- Minimum 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
- Must maintain the latest update to your internet browser for security
- Windows Security Real-Time Protection MUST be enabled and up to date
